This program is designed to support you in creating a daily morning practice for your mind, body and spirit. Many of these tools can be utilized any time of day, but it is laid out here as a morning practice. Committing to this course, you will learn a new skill each day and end up with a 10-15 minute routine that can be used anywhere you are. All of the tools taught and used here are ultimately FREE and require only your persistence and commitment. Though these tools and practices may seem simple, when implemented daily, they can be quite profound.
